The president of Seacom is Paul R. Clay. Paul formed Seacom in 1995 after 14 years service with the Armed Forces of Australia (Army). Since incorporation, Paul has personally managed projects related to the preparation and delivery of Emergency Response Plans, Training, Competency Assessment and the establishment of Emergency Operations Centers for more than 40 oil and gas installations (exploration, drilling, production, refining and distribution) as well as 44 other projects that have included Aviation, Mining, Marine, Utilities, Private Sector companies and all levels of Government (Federal, Provincial/State, Local) etc. Projects have been undertaken in Canada, the United States of America, Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, France and South East Asia.
