Paul R. Clay
President

Seacom International Inc. is a Canadian company located in St. John's, Newfoundland, that specializes in the delivery of Emergency Preparedness (Command and Control) services.

Paul formed Seacom in 1995 after 14 years service with the Armed Forces of Australia. Since incorporation, Paul has personally managed international projects related to the preparation and delivery of Emergency Response Plans, Training, Competency Assessment and the establishment of Emergency Operations Centers for more than 60 of the world's largest and strategically important oil and gas installations (exploration, drilling, production, refining, distribution, etc.).

Paul has also managed 46 other projects related to clients in the Aviation, Mining, Marine, Utilities and Private Sector as well as all levels of Government (Federal, Provincial/State, Local).
